Processing & Shipping Times
- Order Processing: We strive to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Shipping Estimates: Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for those who wish to begin their Ceremony ritual sooner.
Warm Weather Shipping
Because we use premium, organic cacao with no artificial stabilizers, our chocolate is sensitive to high temperatures. During summer months or when shipping to warm-weather climates, we take extra precautions:
- Insulated Packaging: We use eco-friendly insulated liners and cold packs to protect your Ceremony bars from heat.
- Strategic Shipping: To avoid your chocolate sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend, we may hold orders placed on Thursdays or Fridays until the following Monday.
- Our Guarantee: If your chocolate arrives melted despite our precautions, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement.
Discreet & Secure Packaging
Your privacy is important to us. All Ceremony Mushroom Chocolate orders are shipped in plain, unbranded mailers or boxes. There is no mention of “Mushroom” or “Ceremony” on the outside of the package. The return address will reflect our fulfillment center name, ensuring your wellness journey remains your own.
Where We Ship
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 states within the USA.
- Legal Note: Our functional mushroom chocolates (Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps) are 100% legal and contain no psychoactive substances.
- International Shipping: We currently ship to Canada and the UK. Please be aware of your local import regulations regarding wellness products.
Tracking Your Ritual
As soon as your order is scanned by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your Ceremony order from our doors to yours in real-time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we trust our carriers, we know accidents happen. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to our team.
