Ceremony Returns & Refunds Policy
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At Ceremony, we believe in the transformative power of our Mushroom Chocolate. We want your experience to be nothing short of intentional and restorative. If your ritual doesn’t feel right, we are committed to making it better.
While we cannot accept returns on opened food products for safety and hygiene reasons, we offer a 14 day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Ceremony bars, please reach out to us so we can find a solution that honors your journey.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and full refund:
- Unopened Items: Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.
- Timeframe: You must initiate your return within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: The packaging must be in the same condition that you received it.
Damaged or Melted Items
We take every precaution to ensure your Ceremony Mushroom Chocolate arrives in pristine condition. However, if your order is damaged during transit or arrives melted:
- Contact Us Immediately: Email within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or melted chocolate.
- The Resolution: We will ship a replacement to you immediately at no additional cost or issue a full refund for the affected items.
The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Approval: We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the unopened product.
- Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an unopened Ceremony bar for a different “intent” (e.g., exchanging Serenity for Clarity), please contact our team to arrange an exchange. Note: Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs on exchanges.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Individual bars purchased through a third-party retailer (please contact the retailer directly for their specific policy).
